June and September/early October, we offer weekly and four-night
packages for weddings, family reunions and retreats. Please see our Weddings & Events page and contact us for further information. In
the apartments, for rentals of two weeks or longer, please add the
rates for the weeks in question and subtract 10%. In the guest cottage,
the 10% discount is available only for rentals longer than two weeks.
We
require that all charges be paid before arrival. If a booking is made
more than three months before arrival, 50 percent of the fee is
sufficient to hold a reservation until two months before, by which time
the total of all charges is due to be paid.
Our
operating season is only a few months long and we have only a handful
of accommodations, so we hold everybody to their commitments. If you
wish to cancel your reservation or to leave before the full reservation
is used, we will make every effort to re-rent the accommodation, and we
usually can if there is enough notice. We refund all payments only
after we have recovered the full charge for the time initially reserved.
