Weekly Rates: Summer 2012

In July and August we require a minimum stay of one week. Shorter stays may be available upon request in May, June, September and October .

A 10% discount is available for rental of the apartment or guest cottage for stays of two weeks or longer. Please add the rates for the weeks in question and subtract 10%.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
We require that all charges be paid before arrival. If a booking is made more than three months before arrival, 50% of the fee is sufficient to hold a reservation until two months before, by which time the total of all charges is due.

Our operating season is short and we have only a handful of accommodations, so we hold everybody to their commitments. If you wish to cancel your reservation or to leave before the full reservation is used, we will make every effort to re-rent the accommodation, and we usually can if there is enough notice. We refund all payments only after we have recovered the full charge for the time initially reserved.
