In addition to offering ideal grounds for weddings, family reunions, and other events, we offer weekly accommodations for 30-40 family members or guests.

Our weekly package includes:

• Use of lawn for up to three events (e.g. rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception, and post-wedding brunch). The lawn easily accommodates a large tent (40x100 ft), with additional space for a cocktail reception.
• Weekly accommodations for 30-40 people. Your guests will have exclusive use of our rental units for the entire week.

Package price: $25,000 per week, available from Wednesdays to Wednesdays in late May, June, September, and early October.

• Close proximity to the center of Sconset (2-3 city blocks), its restaurants, market, and the Sconset Chapel
• Direct access to a lovely, quiet beach – an ideal setting for a wedding ceremony, clambake or beach picnic
• Use of beach chairs and umbrellas
• Use of grills, tables, chairs for outdoor cooking
• Use of expansive lawn, including children's swing set
