The Wade Cottages
An Idyllic Venue
The Wade Cottages share scenic vistas, a spacious lawn and direct access to a pristine beach, all within a short distance of Sconset's historic center.

In addition to offering ideal grounds for weddings, family reunions, and other events, we offer weekly accommodations for family members or guests.

Our weekly package includes:

  • Use of grounds for large group events all day Saturday as well as either Friday night or Sunday morning. The lawn easily accommodates a large tent (40x100 ft), with additional space for a cocktail reception.
  • Weekly accommodations for up to 40 people.
  • This package may be tailored to meet your individual needs.

Available from Wednesday to Wednesday in late May, June, September, and early October.

Wade Cottages guests also enjoy:

  • Close proximity to the center of Sconset (2-3 city blocks), its restaurants, market, and the Sconset Chapel
  • Direct access to a lovely, quiet beach – an ideal setting for a wedding ceremony, clambake or beach picnic
  • Use of beach chairs and umbrellas
  • Use of grills, tables, chairs for outdoor cooking
  • Use of expansive lawn, including children's swing set
