In the apartments, for rentals of two weeks or longer, please add the rates for the weeks in question and subtract 10%. In the guest cottage, the 10% discount is available only for rentals longer than two weeks. We require that all charges be paid before arrival. If a booking is made more than three months before arrival, 50 percent of the fee is sufficient to hold a reservation until two months before, by which time the total of all charges is due to be paid.
