~ THE GUEST COTTAGE is generally rented for two weeks or longer. It has five and a half bedrooms and sleeps up to 13 people. It has a private yard, a sitting room, and a den, and upstairs, the living room, dining room, and kitchen have a magnificent ocean view.

~ APARTMENTS are available for a minimum of one-week. They have from one to three bedrooms, separate living rooms, and either an efficiency kitchen or full kitchen. Four of the five have ocean views, and all share the Cottages' expansive lawn and direct beach access.

The cottage and apartments are for rent individually from late May through early October and can be rented as a package for weddings and other events in May, June, September, and October.
